She led the cultivation of strategic partner relationships that propelled the expansion of Xbox Game Studios and played a pivotal role in establishing the product portfolio that supports Project xCloud.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Sarah is also an active board member, serving on the Board of Councilors at the USC School of Cinematic Arts and the Board of Directors at the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). She extends her influence to companies such as Zuora, a leading subscription management platform, and CHEGG, a prominent student-oriented connected learning platform.

Sarah's professional journey encompasses senior roles at T-Mobile, where she led the Corporate Strategy and Development team, overseeing cross-functional strategic initiatives, significant investments, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. She was an integral part of the team that facilitated T-Mobile's remarkable turnaround. Her career began at McKinsey, where she served as an Associate Partner in the Seattle office.

Throughout her career, Sarah has been unwavering in her commitment to reshaping corporate cultures, reorganizing and optimizing organizations, fostering business growth, and, most importantly, empowering others to follow a similar path of transformation and success. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
