Trevor Wilson is the founder and president of TWI Inc., a consulting firm founded in 1989 specializing in the area of equity and diversity management. He has held several posts in the public sector advising on issues of multiculturalism, race relations, employment equity, affirmative action and human rights. He also served as Special Assistant to the Premier of Ontario and Senior Policy Advisor to the Minister of Citizenship responsible for Employment Equity and Human Rights. His clients include some of Canada's most progressive employers including IBM, Nortel, Bell Canada, and Ernst and Young. In early 1996 he became the consultant of choice to one of South Africa's most progressive and largest employers.
