A public finance veteran, Mr. Brandford has over 22 years of experience the investment banking field. Mr. Brandford is a founding partner and the manager of the Southwestern and Western regions. Mr. Brandford maintains an active list of clients that includes many cities, States and government agencies across the nation. Mr. Brandford has been the project manager for many high-profile senior-managed transactions including the Houston Water & Sewer System $425 million Revenue Refunding (2002A), the Dallas Area Rapid Transit System (DART) $100 million Sales Tax Bonds (2002), a $472 million State of Ohio refunding transaction (2001) the second-largest negotiated financing in the State's history.
Mr. Brandford has also recently managed high-profile transactions for other clients including City of Austin, the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport Authority, City and County of Denver Colorado, the City of Phoenix (2000), State of Ohio, and the Oakland State Building Authority.
