Suzanne F. Shank, is a founding partner and principal of Siebert Brandford Shank & Co., LLC., has over 14 years of public finance experience for a wide range of municipal issues. Ms. Shank is responsible for overseeing all of the firm's activities including the allocation of professional and financial resources. Ms. Shank also serves as primary banking representative on many of the firm's senior managed accounts and has senior managed issues for the cities of New York, St. Louis, Chicago, Baltimore and Detroit, in addition to Wayne County, Detroit Public Schools, Essex County and the States of Connecticut and Ohio, among others. In particular, she has served as book-running manager for large prolific issues in the Midwest and Northeast for large general fund based bond issues.
Ms. Shank received her M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and holds a degree in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Ms. Shank is a current Board Member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, a registered municipal bond principal with the MSRB and is a member of the National Association of Securities Professionals.
