Mr.Massenburg, is President and CEO of Kedar Entertainment, a company he founded in 1995. Mr. Massenburg is best known for signing R&B singer D'Angelo and Erykah Badu to their first major recording contracts.

From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Massenburg served as president of Motown Records. Under Mr.Massenburg's leadership and reorganization, Motown broke even after operating in the red for more than a decade. Cumulatively, Motown artists such as Brian McKnight, 702, Michael McDonald, BeBe Winans and others sold more than 65 million albums.

Mr. Massenburg relaunched Kedar Entertainment in 2004, expanding into the fashion industry with the launch of Sneakerluxe, a couture sneaker line. Mr. Massenburg also created a management company, a beverage company called Korus and plans to develop television and film properties.

Prior to joining Motown Records, Mr. Massenburg was a senior VP of Universal Records.

Mr.Massenburg is a 1985 graduate of Central State University in Ohio.
