Mr.Pitts joined Zomba in 2004 from Arista Records and as an A&R executive at Zomba has worked with some of urban music's biggest artists including Usher, Chris Brown, Ciara, Kelis and Anthony Hamilton.
Mr.Pitts' tenure spans over fifteen years beginning in 1992 with Sean "Puffy" Combs at the seminal hip-hop label Bad Boy Records. Mr.Piit went on to manage several artists including Notorious B.I.G.
