Fletcher Davidson is group vice president and general manager of Toyota Motor Customer Services (TCS) Division, which includes the five after-sale departments of Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc.  Davidson is responsible for service parts, accessories, product quality, dealer operations and customer relations. In this capacity, he leads a team of 2400 associates who support $3.5 billion in sales. 

 

After joining Toyota in 1973 as parts planning administrator, Davidson served as parts systems development manager, national parts supply manager, national parts logistics planning manager, corporate manager and vice president of distribution and logistics operations for NAPO. Most recently, Davidson was vice president and general manager for NAPO.

 

Davidson earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from California State University, Long Beach and a master’s degree in management science from the University of Southern California.
