Charles E. Phillips is Chairman of Board of Directors at Infor (since August 2019). He was previously CEO for nine years, (2010 to August 2019).
Prior to Infor, Mr. Phillips was President of Oracle Corporation and a member of it's Board of Directors. He joined Oracle in 2003.
Before joining Oracle, Mr. Phillips was with Morgan Stanley, a global investment bank. Prior to Wall Street, Mr. Phillips served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps in the 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines.

Phillips serves on the Board of Infor, Viacom Corporation, the United States Air Force Academy Endowment and The Black Economic Alliance. He previously served on the Boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and the Council of Foreign Relations, Jazz at Lincoln Center, New York Law School, and the American Museum of Natural History.
In February 2009, Phillips was appointed as a member to the President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board to provide President Barack Obama and his administration with advice and counsel regarding the economy.
Mr. Phillips holds a BS in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, a JD from New York Law School, and an MBA from Hampton University.
