Karla Trotman, MBA, is President & CEO at Electro Soft, Incorporated, the company started by her parents in 1986. Electro Soft is the largest Black American electronics contract manufacturing and engineering firm in the U.S.
Ms. Trotman has served as a leader in distribution and supply chain logistics for Gap, Metrologic Instruments and IKEA Wholesale, Inc.
