Tabatha T. Turman is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Finance and Accounting Solutions (IFAS). She brings over 20 years of combined leadership experience as an Army Finance Officer and as a consultant supporting federal agencies.
Mrs. Turman launched IFAS, which uses finance and accounting strategies to help companies build business models in 2007. She sets the strategic direction of the company and has led and supported numerous clients in a variety of consulting roles, including projects to develop plans for implementing strategies, automating and improving processes, and measuring performance.
She is an accomplished executive with a proven record of successful leadership and management experience encompassing strategic and operational planning, finance, personnel management, training, and program management.
Mrs. Turman has been instrumental in creating value, significantly improving revenues (2011 Revenue: $4.1 million), and enhancing return on investment at IFAS.
Mrs. Turman is a strong believer in giving back to the community and demonstrates this by donating time and resources to several causes.
Ms. Turmanâ€™s education includes a Masters in Business Administration from Cameron University and a B.S in Accounting from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
