John W. Rogers, Jr. is Founder and CEO of Ariel Capital which he started with $200,000 when he was 24 years old. His civic affiliations include his roles as Chairman of the Chicago Urban League; Director of The University of Chicago; and Board Member of the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.
