Doreen Rigby

Doreen Rigby is executive vice president of State Street’s Global Operations, responsible for managing the implementation of the operations business transformation efforts. She is also responsible for the service delivery of operations performed at the Syntel Joint Venture in India. Ms. Rigby leads the Lean Project Management Office, which provides governance and support for lean activities performed globally.

Previously, she was senior vice president and managing director of State Street Trust Company Canada. In that role, Ms. Rigby was responsible for all of the investment servicing operations across Canada. Ms. Rigby has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Ms. Rigby holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She is also a graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration program from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
