Dameion Royes is the founder of Big It Up International, president & CEO, Brimz Group Inc. A Toronto based fashion label and retail stores.

Big It Up began as a unisex skincare line developed in 1996. Royes, then a business administration student at Humber College in Toronto, sold his car to fund the endeavor. He opened the first Big It Up kiosk in the college's bookstore and started selling T-shirts to promote its skincare products. Switching to sell hats and apparel since they were doing better that the skincare products.

Today Big It Up is distributed in over 50 locations across North America and has 18 employees.
