Myron Gray

Myron Gray is president of U.S. operations for UPS with responsibility for all package delivery and logistics services for the world's largest economy.
In 2010, he led a strategic transformation of the company's U.S. small package business. He also has presided over programs to expand the company's logistics services, upgrade the technology in UPS operations, and improve the delivery fleet's fuel efficiency.
Myron is a member of UPS's Management Committee, the group of senior executives responsible for the day-to-day management of the company.
Prior to his current role, Gray served as the president of the Americas Region, covering Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. In this role, he led the expansion of UPS express delivery and logistics services into growing markets such as Mexico and Brazil.
Myron began his career with UPS in 1978 as a part-time package handler in the Tennessee District while attending college.
Throughout his career at UPS, Myron has held various positions of increasing responsibility in industrial engineering, human resources, business development and operations. In 1995, he was promoted to vice president and COO of the Southeast Texas District then held the same position in the Rocky Mountain District. In 2002, Myron was promoted to president of the Southwest Region and took over the North Central Region two years later.
Myron currently serves on the National Board of Governors and as a Southeast Region Trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. He also sits on the boards of The Atlanta Police Foundation and the National Urban League.
Myron holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Memphis and has completed advanced management programs at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and the Yale School of Business.
