Mr. Brandford maintains an active list of clients that includes many cities, States and government agencies across the nation. Mr. Brandford has been the project manager for many high-profile senior-managed transactions including the Houston Water & Sewer System $425 million Revenue Refunding (2002A), the Dallas Area Rapid Transit System (DART) $100 million Sales Tax Bonds (2002), a $472 million State of Ohio refunding transaction (2001) the second-largest negotiated financing in the State's history.

Mr. Brandford has also recently managed high-profile transactions for other clients including City of Austin, the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport Authority, City and County of Denver Colorado, the City of Phoenix (2000), State of Ohio, and the Oakland State Building Authority.
