Rayonne Caesar-Chavannes is the founder of ReSolve Research Solutions, Inc. – a Toronto, Canada based Clinical Research Consulting and Site Management firm.

ReSolve Research Solutions, Inc. assists Pharmaceutical Companies in recruiting physicians for upcoming clinical trials. They also manage clinical programs from initiation to closeout, and are a primary contact to many companies for outsourced projects available to Canadian sites.

She was the 2007 recipient of the Harry Jerome Young Entrepreneur Award. The Harry Jerome Awards is an annual awards event put on by Canada's Black Business and Professional Association.

Rayonne Caesar-Chavannes has an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto.

With over 10 years of research and pharmaceutical experience, she has worked, with increasing degrees of management responsibility, at the Rotman Research Institute, the University of Toronto and with the University Health Network, on several academic and industry sponsored clinical trials.

She has authored and co-authored manuscripts relating to nutrition and ageing, the effect of cognitive impairment on memory, and has been selected as a Session Chair for the upcoming 2007 Drug Information Association (DIA) Conference in Atlanta, GA.
