Nadine Spencer is a Canadian entrepreneur, community leader, food journalist and the founder and CEO of the Nadine Spencer Company, which consist of a group of  gourmet food companies, Finer Foods Limited, Q Gourmet Inc., and Nadine Spencer Food Media.

Spencer was born in Kingston, Jamaica, the 13th child among 14 siblings. Her family immigated to Toronto, Canada in 1979.

Nadine's ultimate goal in life is to see universal literacy. She volunteers at the Scarborough Women's Centre and the YWCA, trying to ensure that every woman has access to education in order to make more informed choices.

Spencer holds a degree in political science from Toronto's York University. Her graduate thesis was on Iranian foreign policy towards Iraq.
