Andrew C. Ballard

Mr. Ballard is the founder and managing partner of Figtree Partners, an investment firm focused on digital media. He is also a senior advisor to Hellman & Friedman, where he was previously a managing director. He is a Director of Catalina Marketing Corporation, and Internet Brands, Inc. He also serves as a trustee of the San Francisco Foundation since 2008.

Mr. Ballard was formerly a Director of Activant Solutions, Inc., DoubleClick Inc., Vertafore, Inc., and Getty Images, Inc., and was active in the Firm's investment in Intergraph Corporation.

Prior to joining Hellman & Friedman in 2004, Mr. Ballard spent seven years with Bain Capital in San Francisco and Boston.

Mr. Ballard graduated cum laude from Harvard College and earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
