Donald A. Coleman is Chairman and CEO of GlobalHue. GlobalHue is the largest minority-owned full-service marketing communications agency dedicated to cultural and multicultural consumer audiences.

In 1988 as part of a strategic business alliance, GlobalHue was formed from the Don Coleman Advertising, Hispanic agency Montemayor y Asociados,Asian agency Innovasia Advertising, New Perspectives Media, New Day Entertainment, and GlobalHue Publishing. It had billings of $325 million in 2003.

Mr. Coleman began his career in advertising at Lintas Campbell-Ewald in Warren, Michigan in 1977, claiming to the position of vice president and management supervisor. 

In 1985, Mr. Coleman accept a position as senior vice president for Burrell Advertising, a black owned company.

Mr. Coleman opened Donald Coleman & Associates in 1988, after returning to Detroit, luring away some of the more talented staff from his previous employers, Lintas Campbell-Ewald and Burrell.

Mr. Coleman earned his B.A. at the University of Michigan, 1974 and an M.B.A. in marketing from Hofstra University, 1976.
