• President, Combs Enterprises

  As President of Combs Enterprises, Mr. Brooks oversees all business operations and investments owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs. This diverse portfolio includes ventures in spirits (Ciroc Vodka and DeLeon Tequila), media (Revolt TV), music (Bad Boy Records), consumer packaged goods (AquaHydrate), and education (Capital Preparatory Schools). Mr. Brooks also leads all new business development activity, including the launch of “Our Fair Share”, a platform to help minority owned businesses access capital through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Mr. Brooks was previously Chief Operating Officer of Combs Enterprises, where he was in charge of business operations, new business development and investment activity of the company. He previously servered as Vice President, Office Of The Chairman. He joint the company in 2017 as Chief of Staff, Office of the Chairman.

• Sr. Management Associate, Account Management & Trading, Bridgewater Associates

  Mr. Brooks was the Chief Operating Officer of Account Management and Trading at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund. In 2013, He joined Bridgewater as Senior Management Associate. The Senior Management Associate program is designed to identify general management athletes and develop the next generation of leaders for the world's largest hedge fund.

• Start Up Co-Founder, Start-Up Operations, International Business Development, IML Ventures, LLC

  Mr. Brooks accomplishments at IML Ventures included, the negotiation of key strategic business relationships and startup fundraising for a US-based online lending platform, and the development of a comprehensive launch strategy and project plan for a gaming startup in Jamaica.

• Executive Vice President, Start-up Operations, Gaming, Hospitality, RLJ Companies

  Mr. Brooks served as Executive Vice President at RLJ Companies, a portfolio of companies owned by investor Robert L. Johnson, where Mr. Brooks led the development of gaming/nightlife ventures in the Caribbean and the completion of RLJ Kendeja, a resort hotel in Liberia. During his 7 years tenure at RLJ, Mr. Brooks was responsible for building several businesses across the RLJ portfolio.

• Business Development Manager Market Analysis, Strategic Negotiations, Black Entertainment Television

  As the Business Development Manager of BET.com, Mr. Brooks led expansion strategies in the support of BET.com, He was responsible for negotiating, managing and implementing multiple sponsorships and other strategic partnerships, driving growth of the largest African American targeted internet portal. Additionally, he led comprehensive market analysis and business case development for interactive television, ISP, and potential acquisitions.

• Strategy Consultant, Data Analysis, Business Development, Telecommunications, Accenture

  After graduation from Howard University, Mr. Brooks was hired as a Strategy Consultant and performed research and analysis focusing on new ventures, markets, opportunity assessments, and product portfolio strategies for telecommunications providers.
