Pamela Thomas-Graham, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dandelion Chandelier LLC, a private digital media enterprise focused on global luxury.
She was previously a member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Group AG and Credit Suisse AG (since 2010 - 2016). She served as Chief Marketing and Talent Officer and Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management New Markets (2013 - 2016). She was previously Chief Talent, Branding and Communications Officer (2010–2013).
Prior to Credit Suisse, Ms. Thomas-Graham managing director in the private equity group at Angelo, Gordon & Co., (2008–2010). She held several senior management positions, including senior vice president of Global Brand Development at Liz Claiborne Inc., (2005 - 2008). She was at NBC Universal/CNBC, president, CEO and chair (2001–2005), NBC Universal/CNBC, president and COO (2001), CNBC.com, president and CEO (1999–2001). Ms. Thomas-Graham began her career in 1989 at McKinsey & Company, a global consulting firm, and became the firm’s first African-American female partner in 1995. Ms. Magazine named her the most influential African American woman in cable television in 2003. Fortune Magazine ranked her at #23 on their Most Powerful Black Executives List in 2002 and Black Enterprise named her Corporate Executive of the Year in 2001.
Ms. Thomas-Graham serves on the board of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., The Clorox Company, Parsons School of Design, board of governors member.
