Robert L. Johnson Founder of BET and the owner of the new NBA team the Charlotte Bobcats, has sold a minority stake in the team to the de Céspedes brothers, owners of the Miami hospital supply business Pharmed, one of the largest Hispanic businesses in America with $600 million in annual revenue.As part of the deal, Johnson will become a minority shareholder in a new Pharmed holding group, which will open flexible service centers offering hospital supplies in up to nine cities nationwide, starting with Charlotte and Washington.
